The Bear Mountain Brass Band is a highly dynamic performing ensemble of the New York Army National Guard. Our citizen-soldiers take inspiration from our everyday lives as educators, students, and small business owners to bring high-energy renditions of modern hits, but with a second line twist. The Bear Mountain Brass Band features a collective of soloists who bring their own unique sound to leave their stamp on every performance.

Created for maximum flexibility, the Bear Mountain Brass Band can captivate any venue, even while entirely unplugged. The group has performed on the USS Intrepid, at Sayville Summerfest, USDAN Summer Camp for the Arts, and has held clinics at high schools throughout New York State.
